Return Eligibility To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return request submitted within 90 days of confirmed delivery date
  • Item is not physically damaged or broken through misuse
  • Your order number is provided with the return request
  • Item was purchased directly through getprevo.com

How To Initiate a Return

Step 1 — Email info@getprevo.com with subject line: RETURN REQUEST — [Your Order Number]

Step 2 — Include your full name, order number, and a brief note on your experience with the product.

Step 3 — Wait for our approval email before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Step 4 — Ship the item to the address provided in our approval email using a tracked shipping method.

Step 5 — Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@getprevo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost and issue a full refund including your original shipping cost, or send a replacement — your choice.

Refund Processing Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Processing time after inspection is 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
