Response Time: We respond to all emails within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). Emails received on weekends or holidays will be answered the next business day.
For Specific Issues:
Order status or tracking: Include your order number in the subject line and we will get you an update immediately.
Returns and refunds: Email us with your order number and reason for return. Please review our full Return Policy before reaching out so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Damaged or incorrect item: Include photos of the item and packaging along with your order number. We will resolve it within one business day.
General questions: Ask anything. We will give you a straight answer.
