Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Allow up to 11 business days from your purchase date in some cases.

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, and peak periods may affect delivery timelines.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate in the carrier's system. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of your order, contact us at info@getprevo.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Check your delivery location thoroughly including with neighbours and building management
  • Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally scan packages before final delivery
  • Contact the carrier directly to open a trace using your tracking number
  • If unresolved after 48 hours, email info@getprevo.com — we will assist with the carrier claim process

Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact info@getprevo.com within 2 hours. We will attempt to correct the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
